Refund Policy

General policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services provided by GETWAB INC. Monthly subscriptions provide flexible access without a long-term commitment and are not refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or expressly approved under this policy.

You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Annual subscriptions may qualify for a prorated refund of unused time as described below.

Free trials and promotional access

GETWAB may offer a free trial or limited promotional access so you can evaluate the platform. The duration, included features, usage limits, conversion date, and price are presented during enrollment or checkout.

If a trial is configured to convert to a paid subscription, you are responsible for canceling before the stated trial deadline if you do not want to continue. Once the first paid billing period begins, the applicable subscription rules below apply.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel an eligible subscription at any time before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse charges already incurred.

After canceling a monthly subscription, access may continue through the end of the paid billing period. If an approved prorated refund is issued for an annual subscription, access may end immediately or be adjusted to reflect the portion retained.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the monthly billing period begins. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial monthly periods, unused time, reduced use, failure to use the Services, accidental purchases, or changes in business needs or preferences, except where required by law.

Annual subscriptions

An annual subscription may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of complete unused days remaining in the active annual term when the request is approved.

The final amount may account for discounts, promotional pricing, credits, taxes, adjustments, prior refunds, and other amounts applied to the original transaction. A request should be submitted promptly after cancellation. Approval remains subject to account review and applicable law.

Billing errors and exceptional review

GETWAB may review requests involving duplicate billing, a charge generated incorrectly by our billing system, or a material platform failure that prevented initial access to a purchased Service and was not resolved within a reasonable time.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We evaluate the account, transaction, access history, technical circumstances, and applicable law before making a determination.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact GETWAB first so we can investigate. When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may suspend related access while the matter is reviewed and provide relevant billing, account, and access records to the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Suspended or terminated accounts

An account suspended or terminated for a violation of the Terms of Use, fraud, abuse, security risk, unauthorized activity, or failure to pay is not eligible for a refund unless required by law.

Pricing changes

GETWAB may change prices, plan structures, or commercial terms prospectively. Unless otherwise stated, changes apply to future billing periods and do not create a refund right for prior purchases or completed billing periods.

Requesting a billing review

To request review of a billing issue or potential refund, provide the account email address, charge date, amount, and a brief explanation through our contact form. Do not submit complete payment card information.
