1. Public data sources

FPDS Query Library pages are derived from publicly available United States federal procurement records, including data distributed through the Federal Procurement Data System and SAM.gov Data Services.

Works created by United States federal government employees as part of their official duties are generally not protected by copyright in the United States under 17 U.S.C. § 105. However, source systems may contain third-party material, trademarks, logos, personal information, restricted fields, or other content subject to separate rules.

2. GETWAB analytical material

GETWAB does not claim ownership of underlying public federal records. GETWAB retains rights in its original software, database organization, queries, selection and arrangement, explanatory text, visualizations, page design, and other independently created analytical material, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Permitted use

Publicly accessible summaries may be viewed, quoted, and linked for research, reporting, market analysis, and other lawful purposes. Users who reuse underlying federal records should identify FPDS or SAM.gov as the original source. Reproduction of GETWAB-created text, visualizations, branding, or substantial portions of its organized datasets requires permission unless otherwise allowed by law.

4. Attribution

Recommended attribution: “Source data: FPDS and SAM.gov. Analysis and presentation: GETWAB FPDS Query.” Attribution does not imply endorsement by the United States government.

5. Government names, seals, and logos

Agency names, seals, insignia, and logos may be protected by statutes, regulations, trademark rules, or agency usage policies. Their appearance is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

6. Accuracy and warranty

Data is provided for informational purposes and may contain reporting delays, corrections, omissions, classification changes, or source-system errors. GETWAB provides no warranty that the data is complete, current, or suitable for legal, audit, investment, or procurement decisions. Material decisions should be verified against the relevant official government record.

7. No government affiliation

GETWAB INC. is an independent company and is not an agency of, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United States government.
